New request Checklist
Be sure that we are listening to all your comments and suggestions. Before suggesting a new feature or improvement, please check the following points:
- Did you try the latest official release or beta version to see if the feature you are looking for is already available or listed?
- Was the improvement already officially announced in the dedicated documentation?
- Did someone else has already requested this feature on the forums?
Send us your request
If your feature has passed the previous checklist, then feel free to send us your request at any time! To help us to clearly understand and quickly implement your feature, please provide us the following information with your email:
- Explain why you do need such feature. Give us a few step-by-step examples.
- Attach some screenshots, mockup, prototype of how you would see the feature. Don't worry if your picture is a simple draft, to convey the idea is what matters!
- Send us some data, flight recordings, and links when applicable. This will help us to develop and test the new feature quicker.
- Send your request to support@tacview.net. Do not forget to add a clear subject line to your email!
Your feedback is always much appreciated and be sure that we are listening to you, even if we don't always have the time to answer each mail quickly.
Also, feel free to talk about your new feature on the forums. Sharing ideas can generate new ones!
